The worker sustained leg injuries after the accident involving a crane at the city’s Beach Leisure Centre.
A man has been taken to hospital with leg injuries following an industrial accident in Aberdeen.
The incident, which involved a crane, happened at around 9am on Monday at the city’s Beach Leisure Centre when a load fell and hit the workers leg.
The worker was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment.
A Grampian Police spokeswoman said: “We were in attendance this morning at an accident involving a crane at the Beach Leisure Centre. The man has since been taken to hospital with leg injuries.
“We understand he was injured either by the crane or what it was carrying.”
The area was cordoned off while the accident was investigated.
