Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
OSHA is now investigating a crane accident that killed one worker and injured another.
It happened Tuesday night on the Chesapeake Energy campus near Northwest 63rd Street and Classen Boulevard.
Police think the crane malfunctioned and something fell off it.
The two victims were putting away equipment at the time of the accident, police said.
Police said there was a witness, but it is unclear whether that person was a construction worker.
A spokesman for Chesapeake said the company didn’t have any details because it doesn’t supervise the construction.
Police said the crane belongs to Rent-a-Crane and it was a Silvercliff Construction site.
