Lake Stevens, Washington William Ross, 51, was using a cable to guide a piece of steel to the ground at Concrete Nor’West in the 15400 block of 84th Street NE. The crane lifting the steel hit a high-voltage power line, according to Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Jan Jorgensen.
